2019 brought with it the bearing witness of my friend’s bereavement of his father. The grief was often glittered with stories about Justin's life and belongings, and a continued opportunity for Geoffrey to get to know his father better. Geoff and Justin only met four years before Justin's passing.
Justin Wells (1962-2019) was a man with lived hands and mischievous eyes. He loved tea and Jimi Hendrix. And he was an artist who would often repurpose disposed items and sculpt them into a new life. He lived at No. 9 Hellier Street in Troyeville, Johannesburg.
